The location inside terminal 2 proved convenient. Staff members Stephen and Veru were friendly and helpful. The lounge access included a good variety of food after my six-hour rest.

The staff upgraded my room. That was excellent. they explained the facilities. This was helpful, and they arranged a wake-up call so i would not miss my flight.

A Haven During Transit!

The lounge offered a good selection of food. The cleanliness was great, and having a comfortable bed made the transit so much easier. I appreciated the shower facilities. Everything felt refreshing after a long journey.
The nap room had thin walls. Noise easily traveled. The exit light in the corridor remained on, so I needed an eye mask. More soundproofing would be helpful!

The staff was friendly at check-in. The included breakfast had some good options (the pandan chiffon cake stood out).
The walls of the nap room did not extend to the ceiling, so noise carried easily. I could hear other guests talking and moving around, and , made it difficult to sleep.
